Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Wide spectrum of office administration duties including office equipment maintenance, office supplies sourcing, fixture & furniture arrangement and office facilities management.
  • Assist the manager in formulating and implementing admin policies and procedures.
  • Monitor security and access control system in office and warehouse areas.
  • Handle staff leave application, attendance record administration, various insurances such as group medical, travel insurance etc.
  • Provide daily HR and Admin support to various departments.
  • Prepare various HR and Admin reports and maintain departmental database information.
  • Organize, maintain and update office files and records systematically.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments or projects as required.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma holder in HRM/Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in trading and retail industry is an advantage.
  • Well-versed in HK employment ordinances & other regulations.
  • Proficiency in using PC applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, Access).
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with outgoing personality.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, energetic, proactive and able to work with teams.
  • Detail minded, results oriented and willing to accept new challenges.
  • Able to handle multi-tasks independently.
  • Immediate available is preferable.
  • Less experience will be considered as HR & Admin Assistant.
