     Office of Dean of Business

    The appointee will provide administrative support to the Office of Dean of Business in managing quality assurance tasks and international accreditation schemes. Duties include but not limited to compilation of review data, coordination of internal/external audit inspections, organisation of workshops/seminars, and execution of related standards and University policies.

    Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or above with at least three years of relevant work experience in the tertiary education sector. They should have strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably both Cantonese and Putonghua).

    Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to performance review, mutual agreement and availability of funding.

    Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

    Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
