Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming support calls from clients and liaise with related parties for follow up actions

• Monitor progress of support cases and handle case escalation

• Prepare service agreement and handle relevant data entry

Requirements:

• Certificate holder or above  

• Minimum 1 year customer services experience

• Good telephone manner and communications skills

• Customer-oriented and interest in dealing with people

• Good command of spoken Chinese (Cantonese) is required, English and Mandarin are also preferable

• IT knowledge is an advantage
