Responsibilities
- Liaising with line managers to identify the hiring needs and selection criteria;
- Handle full spectrum of staff recruitment process including: preparing recruitment advertisement, screening, interviewing and selecting, job offers, and all others on-boarding procedure;
- Prepare recruitment reports to evaluate and enhance the hiring effectiveness;
- Take part in the recruitment of the management trainee scheme, organize campus recruitment talks and career fairs to attract young talents;
- Design and implement the solutions to elevate the employer branding of the company;
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree holder of Human Resources, Management or related discipline;
- Minimum 3 years or above of related working experience preferably in sizable companies;
- Experienced in managing the full recruitment life cycle in a corporate environment; agency experience is an added advantage. Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure;
- Excellent communication skills and capable to work across all levels;
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint;
- Creative and positive minded.
