• Provide full spectrum of professional secretarial and administrative support
• Maintain daily calendars and coordinate /organize meetings and appointments
• Liaise with internal departments and business partners for operating issues
• Handle correspondence and incoming calls
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

• University graduate is preferred
• Minimum 1 years secretarial experience
• Excellent command of written and spoken Japanese is a must
• Willing to learn, service attitude and result-oriented
• Discipline, good time management, detail-minded, working under pressure, efficient, independent and self-motivated
• Presentable with good communications & interpersonal skills
• Proficient MS Office applications and Chinese/Japanese word processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
