Main Duties & Responsibilities:         

• Execute properties appraisal on the new loans and refinance applications
• Collaborate with CS Department the criteria of credit approval
• Ensure the correctness of loan contracts before corporate approval
• Prepare various kinds of reports
• Occasionally travel

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor degree or above in Economics, Risk Management or related discipline
• 2 years working experience is preferred

Skills & Abilities:

• General knowledge in property appraisal
• General understanding of the property market in Hong Kong
• Able to demonstrate numerical and logical reasoning
• Good interpersonal communication with internal and external parties in written & spoken English and Chinese
• Advanced Excel & Word applications and Internet usage
