Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries, e-mail communications professionally and resolve any service issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate with various parties to ensure customer requests are handled promptly and accurately

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder with related work experience is preferred
• Pleasant personality & patient attitude, good telephone manner together with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a MUST
• Be responsible, well-organized, self initiated and customer services oriented
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese, English & Mandarin
• Willing to perform shift duties including Sat / Sun / Public Holidays
• With computer knowledge such as Microsoft & Chinese word processing
• Strong sense of team spirit
