RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement brand strategy to achieve business goal
• Work closely with Sales and Education teams on product launches and marketing programs
• Organize ATL, BTL campaigns and brand events
• Manage collaterals production, webpage and visual merchandizing
• Liaise with agencies to develop media campaigns on digital platforms e.g. social media, mobile, search engine etc.
• Conduct market analysis and marketing programs evaluation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications or related discipline
• 2-4 years solid marketing experience, preferably in beauty, fashion and/or lifestyle field
• Strong business acumen and awareness of market trends
• Strategic and analytical mindset with excellent presentation skills
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
