Responsibilities:

• To manage in-house library, project record, contract documentation and archiving, and internal and external communication data base.
• To liaise with architects and suppliers for trade samples, new materials and products
• To assist in preparation of bidding document
• To assist in update of company portfolio, website and materials for publication
• To report to Director or Associate Director in charge of the library

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Library Management or other disciplines such as Architectural / Design / information technology / administration related subjects will be considered
• Working experience in related field will be an advantage but not essential
• Good computer literacy in MS office, MS Excel, Wordpress and MS Access
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) with basic translation skill
• Well organized, strong co-ordination and effective communication skills
