Responsibilities

• Communicate and develop with customer test strategies
• Build and manage team of test engineers
• Hardware Design Engineering of production test equipment for new electronic products
• Understand the full development lifecycle of electronics hardware / utilize timelines / priorities and drive tasks
• Writing Test Specs, production-test and test procedure work instructions
• Writing / testing of Test Software leveraged off existing Labview test programs
• Writing and maintaining Checksum ICT / Functional Testjigs
• Commission the designed test jigs to the production line, and oversee & tune production tests
• Participate in engineering design review updates with project members & manager
• Conduct prototype testing, assist design validation, and help with EMC testing
• Design investigation including parts selection / sourcing, utilising your established knowledge of component vendors / suppliers / RoHS
• Collaborate with other team member including firmware, software, and hardware engineers within the R&D team. Manage and oversee outsourced work to bed-of-nails fixture partner
  
  
  

Requirement

• Degree in Electronic Engineering
• At least 10 years of working experience
• Be willing to work and live in Dongguan
• Be fluent in Putonghua and English
• Advantage if you have Schematic layout, using Altium Designer - to a professional standard, and direct PCB layout of 4 or 6 layer boards
• Experienced with multitude of ICT, AOI and x-ray inspection requirements
• Project Management Professionals (PMP) and Six Sigma Black Belts are preferred
