Job description : 

1.      Follow up on behalf of the clients to liaise with their suppliers for TCF documentation / Quality Dossiers.
2.      Collect, review and validate certificates, test reports and documents from suppliers. 
3.      Keep clients updated and monitor the program status, coordinate with merchandising team.
4.      Facilitate effective co-ordination with all interfaces throughout the reporting progress and customer performance analysis etc.
5.      Undertake any other duties required by the local QA Manager.

Education and experience requirements:

Higher diploma graduate or above level

• Over 2 years working experience, especially familiar with European product safety requirements for Toys / EN 71 standards.
• Familiar with Technical Construction Files for EU market is an advantage.
• Good in communication and customer oriented. 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, ideally a third language such as Spanish

 Reporting Structure:

Reports to the local QA manager and Director
