Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Business Analyst team to analyze business use cases and functional requirements and produce solid technical design
- Provide detailed estimation for new features and enhancements to existing programs.
- Plan and Implement for mission critical program features
- Supervise and communicate with development team in SZ office
- Perform onsite troubleshooting and integration tests.
- Produce documentations such as technical specification, training materials and etc.
- Conduct technical training courses for our professional services, customer support and customers
- Travel to SZ and Macau will be required but not frequent
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer or related disciplines Minimum 5 years solid experience in JAVA
- Experience on SDLC and writing technical specifications
- Experience on leading and mentoring a development team
- Solid experience on web development tools (struts, spring)
- Solid experience on Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, or other RDMS
- Experience with AJAX, J2EE, SOAP, Apache Struts, Tomcat, Weblogic, Websphere, Eclipse will be an advantage
- Expertise resolving complex application issues
- Experience with Document Management System or Workflow Management System will be an advantage
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin will be an asset
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking, team player, self-initiative and organized
