Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Human Resources Manager
• Participate in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development and employee relations.
• Formulate and implement Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Responsible for ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5-6 years relevant working experience with payroll experience in F&B industry preferably
• Well-versed in Hong Kong employment related ordinances and regulations
• Passionate, outgoing, well-organised and be a good team player
• Strong sense of responsibility and continuous improvement
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office including Chinese Word processing
