Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Human Resources Manager
- Participate in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development and employee relations.
- Formulate and implement Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Responsible for ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5-6 years relevant working experience with payroll experience in F&B industry preferably
- Well-versed in Hong Kong employment related ordinances and regulations
- Passionate, outgoing, well-organised and be a good team player
- Strong sense of responsibility and continuous improvement
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office including Chinese Word processing
