JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide technical assistance and support for our office and our associated companies related to computer system, software, and hardware;
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction;
- Assist end-users in person and remotely with various hardware and software issues while asking question to determine the nature of problem;
- Utilize and maintain the helpdesk software (as needed);
- Monitor and administration of the file and database servers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years’ experience in supporting desktop systems and software applications;
- Diploma or Higher in IT; Computer; Information Systems or related disciplines;
- Proficient in MS Office 2013 applications – Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint; knowledge in Scripting language, Window 8.1, Window 7 and Adobe Captivate; Knowledge in Window server 2012 & 2008 and Linux server;
- Problem solving and support on network, systems, printers, software and hardware;
- Good command of spoken and written English;
- Experience deploying hardware.
