Job Descriptions:

• Take the role of Business Consultant and manage software projects in Hong Kong, Macau and Asia Pacific
• Define project schedule with end user and technical development team
• Translate business requirement to functional requirement
• Understand technical limitations and communicate with user representatives
• Verify and checking business understanding of development team
• Participate in functional test on deliverables
• Produce project / project documentations such as functional, user requirement specification, test cases, user manual etc.
• Perform project scope management
• Project status reporting
• UAT coordination and support
• User Training
• Pre-sales case support (requirement study and provide solution)
• Report to the Project Manager

Job Requirement:

• University degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or other technical/business discipline
• Minimum 4 years of IT experience in user requirements collection, system analysis and system design
• Strong business sense in process and workflow analysis
• Excellent analytical and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Mature, dynamic, self-motivated, team player and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in written Chinese and English
• Proficient in spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• DMS and/or Workflow implementation experience is a plus
• Occasional travel to Macau/Mainland China is required
• PMP preferred
