Responsibilities:

• Assist Head of Operations to coach the new business team to achieve performance excellence.
• Supervise daily new business operation to meet the needs of the internal and external customers and in accordance with agreed service standards
• Review, develop and implement procedures and manual for new and existing products
• Provide medical underwriting and technical support
• Provide services to intermediaries; maintain close relationship with key business partners
• Provide support for new product launch and product revamp
• To participate in system enhancement projects and/or other business initiatives projects
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 6 year insurance industry experience and 3 years of underwriting experience (including Medical Underwriting) in Life Insurance, with supervisory experience will be an advantage
• Possess Insurance Professional Qualification, e.g. FLMI
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proactive attitude, able to work under stress
• Good sense of judgement with strong interpersonal skill
• Good knowledge of PC and proficient in MS Office tools
• Candidates with less experience can be considered as Assistant Manager
