The successful candidate will join a team of experienced marine insurance professionals to provide quality broking services to international marine cargo accounts and develop new business in Asia. This is an ideal opportunity to candidates who are keen on working in the region and participating in the expansion of business. Business travels will be anticipated.

The job will require the individual to possess:

• 3 years' experience in marine cargo insurance, broking or underwriting; more experienced candidates may be considered for the post of Senior Broker.
• Holder of a recognised college diploma or above; professional insurance related qualification such as ACII and ANZIIF a plus.
• An excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office applications.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Presentable, customer-focused, organised and detail-oriented.
