Our Client is a leading towing marine services company. They are currently looking for a high calibred individual to take the lead for the Branch office in Hong Kong for the organization. This position is to be based in Hong Kong for the Greater China Region.

Responsibilities

• Sales Development for the organisation in Hong Kong and China
• Lead a team of subordinates to provide responsive and professional crewing services to the clients;
• Identify the training needs of the crew and liaise with Company’s training center for providing the required training effectively;
• Keep abreast of the latest development of the Maritime employment laws, regulations and sea staff market development;
• Maintain good relationship and liaison with clients
• Keep a close monitoring on costing, to enhance the efficiency and cost effectiveness of all operations.

• Working experience of at least 10 years in a ship management company/ tugging industry/ Liner industries/ Freight forwarding Industries
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and analytical skills
• Fluency in English / Mandarin / Cantonese is highly preferred
• Candidates based currently in Hong Kong will be ideal 
• Proficient in MS Office applications
