Responsibilities: 

• Assist Head of Quality Assurance in developing the quality management systems and processes in line with GMP standard.
• Assist Head of Quality Assurance in preparing and handling the training program for GMP.
• Handle routine quality management work including preparation of SOP, follow up of deviation, risk assessment and change control.
• Prepare and handle quality status and quality incidents. Participate in quality status reviews.
• Ensure all internal audits are carried out in accordance with the audit schedule.
• Support Head of Quality Assurance during statutory inspection/ principal audit by facilitating the preparation for such audits.

Requirements: 

• Higher diploma or above in science related e.g. Chemistry, Biology, food science, Total Quality Management, etc. 
• Higher diploma in TCM will be an advantage.
• Familiar with GMP environment. Familiar with TCM GMP will be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese.
• Minimum of 3 year related experience in Pharmaceutical fields.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quality Assurance Officer or Quality Assurance Assistant.
