Requirements

• · At least 5 years experienced in Marketing and sales in soft goods.
• · Have strong relationship with customers
• · Effective oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin
• · Good planning, analyzing and problem solving skills
• · Mature, independent, detail-minded, initiative, stable with good interpersonal and communication skills
• · To manage the product development till bulk production are in line with development/bulk buy calendar.
• · To be responsible and lead the product development team to follow up costing, product development and bulk production as well as payment in a timely manner.
• · To work collaboratively with QA team to download product specification/discussion from product development to production; and production issue resolutions.
• · To be the problem solver for the team.
• · To communicate manufacturing issues to senior and support for identifying root causes and work for resolution proactively.
• · Result-oriented, positive thinking and able to work under pressure
• · Willing to station in Chang'An Dongguan,Guangdong,China
