Key Responsibilities

• Monitor factories (including licensee factories), for engagement and reviewing audit reports
• Schedule and assign compliance assessment, review and provide comments / opinions to manager
• Ensure Human Rights CSR protocols applies to all factories consistently
• Develop feasible and sustainable CAPs with factories
• Monitor IEMs reports, evaluate and monitor suppliers' accredited program periodically
• Provide advise and trainings to assigned factories if necessary
• Send the Exit meeting to responsible person on a timely manner once reports have been reviewed

Requirement

• University graduate with at least 3 years CSR / Human Rights / factory audit experience
• Mature, decisive, with good interpersonal skill and high ethical standards
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a teamwork environment
• Fluent in both spoken and written English & Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office and computerized office environment
• Irregular travel is required
