Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and solicit sales to meet/achieve set sales targets and goals
• Explore new contacts and establish new business development opportunities
• Prepare sales forecasts and budget, monitor sales volume, revenues and cost against forecast
• Negotiate sales with existing and new customers on strategic importance to the organization
• Liaise with internal departments to meet customer demand
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Address customer inquiries and issues

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Technical, Engineering or Business is preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing
• Experienced in En-plating Industry is a must
• Experience in sales with proven track record of new customer acquisition and targets fulfillment
• Dynamic, self-motivated and a good team player
• Sales result oriented with strong problem solving ability
• Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills 
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Work Location: Zhuhai
