Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure the fulfillment of customers’ requests
  • Processing and coding of invoices, purchase orders and expense tracking
  • Data entry and order processing in Oracle system
  • Consignment tracking and tracing through Oracle system
  • Recording and keeping a manifest of service issues and complaints
  • Assist in develop, manage and improve sales order process system and policy
  • Investigate, analyzes, and able to solve complex customer billing, technical and contract issues
  • Recording of all new business sales intosystem and accurate production of monthly internal sales reports
  • Troubleshoots problems regarding orders
  • Key contact for pricing, scheduling and shipping
  • Answer customer calls, qualifying customer needs, determining inventory availability and booking orders,
  • Provide product or service information to customers
  • Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  • Marketing support and ad hoc duties as required

Education and Experience

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Customer Service experience essential at regional level
  • Experience using Oracle or SAP
  • High initiative, good problem solving skills, able to work under pressure and a good team player
  • Good analytical skill to solve the complex issues
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skill in English and Putonghua
  • At least 8 relevant working experience
