Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure the fulfillment of customers’ requests
- Processing and coding of invoices, purchase orders and expense tracking
- Data entry and order processing in Oracle system
- Consignment tracking and tracing through Oracle system
- Recording and keeping a manifest of service issues and complaints
- Assist in develop, manage and improve sales order process system and policy
- Investigate, analyzes, and able to solve complex customer billing, technical and contract issues
- Recording of all new business sales intosystem and accurate production of monthly internal sales reports
- Troubleshoots problems regarding orders
- Key contact for pricing, scheduling and shipping
- Answer customer calls, qualifying customer needs, determining inventory availability and booking orders,
- Provide product or service information to customers
- Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
- Marketing support and ad hoc duties as required
Education and Experience
- Diploma holder or above
- Customer Service experience essential at regional level
- Experience using Oracle or SAP
- High initiative, good problem solving skills, able to work under pressure and a good team player
- Good analytical skill to solve the complex issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skill in English and Putonghua
- At least 8 relevant working experience
