Responsibilities :

• Work with Customer Service team on project development, promotions, management, coordination, etc.
• Assist in different projects, exhibitions or other events, provide support in assigned projects and ad-hoc tasks
• Produce clear and concise written content in the form of emails, blogs, announcements, articles.
• To ensure that project deliverables meet client's requirements, agreed timelines, quality standards and budget
• Work on live events in project assistant role managing specific areas of event site: Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, Customer Services, Investment., etc.
• Daily operations include filing, answering enquiries, conducting market research, preparing documents and secretarial work for meetings, etc.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 2 years experience in a similar marketing and/or communications role either in-house or agency.
• Friendly, confident and outgoing personality
• Excellent command of spoken Mandarin.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software is considered a plus
• Experience in or proven knowledge of the insurance / Investment and / or financial services industry also considered a plus
• Excellent attention to detail.  Project management skills desirable.
• Well-organized and self-motivated.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Experience in e-commerce / e-Marketing / online Marketing / PRC Market are considered a plus
