    Job Summary

    The incumbent of this position possess full regional accountability for overall coordination of Licensed Brands marketing and PR activities for the APAC region. He/She will lead, direct and control marketing policies, programs and activities to meet business objectives while complying with regulations and standards. Duties may include coordination with LB HQ, liaison with regional licensors and customers, partner with APAC sales to develop innovative marketing & PR campaigns in order to achieve the company target.

    Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Implement overall Brand marketing strategies to maximize sales potential and long-term success in retail distribution for APEC markets
    • Drive marketing strategy for the region
    • Define the marketing organization structure to achieve corporate marketing objectives
    • Work cross-functionally and with the brand team to build the brand and achieve financial objectives
    • Overall coordination of LB marketing and PR activities for the APAC region
    • Overall LB marketing and PR liaison and coordination with LB HQ. Ensure coordination of APAC marketing and PR activities with global brand
    • Overall LB marketing and PR liaison and coordination with regional licensors. Ensure coordination of APAC marketing and PR activities with regional licensor
    • Overall LB marketing and PR liaison and coordination with regional customers. Ensure coordination of APAC marketing and PR activities with customers
    • Partner with APAC sales
    • Ensure APAC marketing activities are in line with brand guidelines
    • Develop innovative marketing and PR campaigns
    • Recommend marketing budget allocations across brands, markets and marketing to maximize return on investment
    • Develop processes and standards to measure marketing return and effectiveness
    • Overall LB visual merchandising guidelines and implementation for APAC
    • Discussion, control and approval process for all marketing activities and in-liaison with head office and mother brand.
    • Visiting retail points of sale/ connect with customers on a regular basis and issue recommendations about visual merchandising and display and in-store marketing activities.
    • Establish, maintain and control marketing budget and expenditure
    • Maintaining press library and recommend new channels for marketing opportunities.

    Job Specifications

    •  10+ years marketing experience
    • Digital marketing and social media experience
    • Regional marketing experience
    • Strong communication skills
    • Top performer and good listener
    • Result-oriented and willing to work independently.
    • Ambitious and with great desire to grow with the company
    • Fluent in English and Mandarin
    • Computer literate
    • University graduate or equivalent in a marketing or related major
