JOB DESCRITPITION

• Conduct and manage Macau HR operation including recruitment, staffing, payroll, taxation, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, social security fund, and visa/work permit for expatriate’s employee.
• Implement HR Policy / Regulation in compliance with local law.
• Work closely with HQ HR to drive regional objectives and programs.

QUALIFICATION

• University degree or equivalent is preferred but not a must
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Familiar with Macau Labour Ordinance, Macau experience is a must.
