We are a reputable international media company with a global presence.   We are looking for a Coordinator who can join us as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales managers in maximizing revenue and distribution.
• Will assist in contract creation with legal and admin support for sales managers.
• Candidate will be required to draft contracts and issue invoices to clients
• Arrange and schedule appointments
• General admin work including compiling expense reports, updating client databases and travel arrangements
• Liaise with overseas offices for finance, legal and other departments
• Organize trade fair stand arrangements and other marketing assistance required.
• Conduct sales and marketing research and analysis
• Requires overseas travel twice a year
• Any other duties as requested by the management.

Requirements:

• 2 or more years of experience in television media or online media sector.
• Excellent at Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Salesforce, and other media related programs.
• Its absolutely essential that this person is detail oriented and a clear communicator
• Must be very organized.
• Excellent in written and spoken English and fluent in Mandarin is essential.
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, and hard working.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Must be a team player and outgoing personality would be appreciated.
