This is an exciting opportunity in the International Channels team that supports channel operations including the programming, scheduling, media traffic, and production workflows.

You will be responsible for assisting the Programming team in preparing scheduling documents, managing subtitle deliveries, updating programme information, and performing data entries in the scheduling system. You will also be supporting the Creative & Production team by scheduling production facilities, maintaining the asset library, and coordinating media traffic with external departments across time zones.

We need a self-motivated, committed team player who is passionate about the television industry with these desired skills / experience:

• 1-2 years experience in television or media related industry – ideally in an international channel
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proven ability to communicate well with internal teams, vendors, talents, and outsource partners
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
