Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To assist manager in daily operaton of clubhouse
- To handle customers' inquiries and complaints
- To main the tidiness and cleanliness of the clubhouse
- To monitor the assigned contractors for carrying out their duties
- To monitor the operation of facilities in order
- To coordinate the special functions to residents
- To assist in organizing recreation programs and activities
- To monitor the staff performance up to the required standard
- To carry out administration work and other duties as assigend by management
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, Certificate holder in Hotel/ Sports/ Recreation Management
- At least 1 year of working experience in hotel / clubhouse management
- Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
- Pleasant and outgoing character
- Proficiency in Ms Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Self-motivated, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Shift duty and public holiday work are required
- Working Location: Tung chung
