Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the entire operation of the clubhouse effectively and within budget
• To manage a clubhouse up to the highest quality of customer service standards
• To supervise the clubouse team and maintain good relationship with clients
• To plan recreation programs and activities
• To monitor the staff performance up to the required standards
• To carry out administration work and other duties as assigend by management

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Hotel Management/ Event Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong organization skill and experience in running a Clubhouse up to required standards
• Strong leadership, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferable
• Pleasant and outgoing character
• Proficiency in Ms Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Self-motivated, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
• Shift duty and public holiday work are required
• Working Location: Tung chung
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Clubhouse Manager
