Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customers' enquiries;
• Provide clerical and administrative support: to arrange production schedule, sample follow-up, quotation preparation, prepare sales presentation materials and reports, updating ERP system, etc.;
• Follow up with customers on projects and coordinate meetings and tasks;
• able to handle full set of I/E, banking documents, shipping procedure and china I/E documents. Communication with vendors, factory and forwarders;
• maintain shipping record in good filing system and prepare monthly logistics reports.
  
  

Qualifications:

• F.7 or above
• minimum 2 years experience of following up with big retailors in the USA;
• good PC knowledge in MS Word & Excel, Tradelink, E-booking, etc.
• Hardworking with strong team work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Willing to travel to Dongguan factory when necessary
• immediate availability is preferred.
