DUTIES: 

- Assist the supervisors to execute all responsibilities and authority

- Generate internal and external P/O’s

- Data entry (shipping advise, promised date from vendors, etc)

- Track the order status with vendors and forwarders

- Inventory Management

- Address the inquiries from sales team to vendors

- Make product offerings to sales team

- Shipping/Receiving support for physical distribution section

- Writing meeting minutes/letters/contracts/memos

- Communicating with other departments and offices

- Development of sales quotations and product sampling

- Training new personnel/personnel in other department with your skill and knowledge, if required

- Other tasks as may be assigned

- Frequent travel to China or overseas is required

REQUIREMENTS:

- Certificat/ Diploma/ Degree holder, professional qualification in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

- 2 years releavnt experiences in field of purchasing, sourcing or inventory management

- Good PC literacy, including MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint

- Good language skills, including English, Chinese and Putonghua

- Willing to learn, easy going, able to work under pressure, cost conscious
