• Follow up with customers and PRC vendors and factories independently.
• Periodical updating customer and vendor database, cost analysis, orders processing, quotation and shipment schedules.
• Need to handle all related routine works in order to ensure product quality, completeness and timeliness of product delivery.
• Co-ordinate with different departments, such as sales, layout, shipping, accounts and test labs  to ensure completeness and timeliness of the shipment arrangements.
• Need to handle paper work with good accuracy.
• Follow up project status and work close with team members.

 Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above is preferable
• At least 3 years solid experience in manufacturing field, especially in lighting/ electronic factory;
• Experience in follow up customer orders with sub-contractors, production, shipment,
• Proficiency in MS Office Excel
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skill;
• Responsible, self initiative, well organized and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of English and Mandarin is a MUST;
• Proficiency in excel worksheet;
• Fast learning and self-starter is a must;
• Occasional visit to PRC factories is required.
• More experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Merchandiser.
