Responsibilities:

• Implement policies & procedures for procurement of goods and services. Ensure compliance of company policy.
• Be responsible for all procurement and acquisition activities. e.g. tender exercises, contracts negotiation, sourcing of new suppliers, supplier review/evaluation and selection.
• Work with user departments on their procurement requests.

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma holder.
• A minimum of 5 years’ work experience in procurement functions, of which at least 3 years at managerial level.
• Understanding of container terminal operations is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
