The Senior Merchandiser is an important role in our management team with a mandate to provide strategic and design, creative, product and merchandising leadership to the business during an exciting time of growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a new fashion accessories line for both the adult and children’s divisions
• Work with artists and designers to materialize seasonal product ranges & collections
• Keep up to date with global fashion trends, designers, accessories collections and themes
• Bring innovation to product development process from textiles to trimmings and palettes: all perspective
• Have a point of view/experience in regards to visual merchandising of the collection seasonally.
• Assist with current related product lines. 
• Analyze and monitor stock levels to ensure efficient stock movement
• Organize and manage production cycle calendar, making sure production milestones are met
• Oversee production department to ensure smooth delivery for entire production process, from product design & conception to product roll out and launch
• Report directly to CEO

Qualifications & Experience:

• F7 & above
• 5 years work experience and 2 years & above relevant merchandising experience in fashion accessories
• Must have knowledge of fabrics, textiles, and trimmings
• Be creatively inclined
• Strong sourcing network preferable.
• Attention to detail and highly organized
• Good command of spoken & written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Immediate availability preferred.
