Responsibilities:

• Manage production scheduling & material inventory control for complete watch assembly to ensure on time delivery with qualified products.
• Manage production timeline, order tracking and cost negotiation with various vendors;
• Monitor consistent quality of components from all suppliers;
• Liaise with colleagues in china factory to provide smooth operation and delivery;
• Arranging import and export shipment
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in purchasing/ supply chain management or relevant disciplines
• At least 3-year experiences in purchasing/sourcing/PMC/preferable in watch field
• Strong initiative, independent, responsible, excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Sense of urgency & responsibility
• Fluent in spoken & written English & Mandarin;
• Proficiency in PC operations & MS application;
• Team work, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure;
• Travel to PRC liaising with suppliers when necessary;
• Flexible, proactive and open to changes;
• Good analytical and negotiation skills;
• Immediate available is preferred.
