Job Position: Wing Han is seeking a Merchandising Assistant to focus on the following categories:  headwear, bags, and other promotional products under one of its divisions (www.headwind.com.hk).

Responsibilities: 

• Assistant to Merchandising Manager to manage the daily correspondence
• Working directly with factories and customers for samples co-ordination
• PO issuing and other office support

Requirements: 

• Strong in communication skills with vendors, customers and able to take initiative and pro-actively solve problems (Mandarin / English proficiency) 
• Fresh graduates or Minimum 1 year working experience in merchandising and clerical support - preferably in all kind of promotional products such as  caps, blankets, plush, bags, home textile, and personal care items.
• Organized and Detail oriented
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Chinese typing / word processing is a MUST
• Diploma or above;
