Responsibilities:

• To handle full spectrum of company secretarial works for the listed company and its subsidiaries, and the companies in the unlisted group
• To assist in preparing annual and interim reports, announcements and circular

• To enhance the corporate governance practices of the company
• To handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder with ICSA/HKICS membership
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in listed companies and professional firms during which at least 2 years are in providing executive level support
• Well versed in company secretarial practices for Hong Kong and overseas companies
• Sound knowledge in Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, the Main Board Listing Rules, SFO reporting requirements and relevant compliance regulations and corporate governance developments
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);
• Self-motivated and have a strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and accomplish tasks under tight schedules
• Mature, strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills and a good team player
• Travel to Huizhou, Guangdong as required
  

Candidate with more experience and qualification will be considered for the post of Senior Company Secretarial Manager.
