Job Responsibilities:

• To execute valuation, feasibility studies and other consultancy assignments independently or jointly with other members including conduct site inspection of properties in accordance with the instruction and guidance of your director(s)
• To collate and analyse, in a proper and timely manner, property market data and such other information as necessary for carrying out valuation/consultancy assignments
• To travel in Mainland China or other countries as required

Qualification Requirements:

• Holder of Diploma / Higher Diploma/Associate Degree / Degree in Surveying, Valuation and Property Management, or equivalent
• Minimum two year relevant working experience in valuation of properties in Hong Kong and / or the PRC
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English & Mandarin is essential
• Willingness to travel
• Computer literacy is a must
