Responsibilities:

• Handle general corporate and commercial legal matters in HK and / or PRC.
• Review all legal and corporate documents
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements
• Draft, negotiate and review contracts, agreements and other legal documents
• Draft and review announcement, circular
• Liaise with external professional

 Requirements:

• Hong Kong qualified solicitor
• Minimum 2 years’ post qualified experience of mainboard listing rules, SFO reporting requirements and other compliance regulation with PRC exposure
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Good team player and able to work under pressure
• Occasional travel to the PRC is required
• Immediately available preferred
