Job duties:

• Conduct tenancy administration works including renewal of leases and lease restructuring of shopping mall and retail properties;
• Conduct property related market research, business analysis as well as reports;
• Identify new prospective tenants;
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Marketing or related disciplines;
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in marketing / leasing of shopping mall and retails properties, preferably in major developers;
• Holder of Estate Agent license is an advantage, familiar with landlord / tenant law and property sales & leasing procedures;
• Strong analytical and report writing skills;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese & English is a must;
• Independent, initiative and able to work under pressure;
• For those candidates with less experience will be considered as Leasing Officer.
