Job Duties:

1. Manage and negotiate sales and leasing matters and tenancy renewals of Group’s properties
2. Coordinate and maintain good relationship with tenants, agents, government bodies, vendors, property management companies etc.
3. Explore, liaise and negotiate with potential clients
4. Develop and implement strategies to promote leasing activities
5. Conduct marketing research, data analysis and compile regular reports for leasing and sales to supervisor and top management
6. Handle complaints/requests from tenants, follow up and monitor repair and maintenance projects and assist on other property management matters as assigned
7. Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

1. Degree in Business or property-related disciplines
2. 3-5 years of experience in retail leasing / property market, preferably gained from property developer / agency
3. An independent, proactive, energetic team player
4. Good business sense, market awareness and analytical mind
5. Familiar with tenancy agreements, DMC, BMO and other related legal documents
6. Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills with proven ability to build strong client relationships
7. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an asset
8. Candidates who have more experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager
