Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and evaluate suitable new site for store expansion and manage lease renewals of existing stores
• Gather market intelligence through market and competitive analysis to compile leasing and rental reports and proposals
• Establish & streamline all leasing procedure, documentation and administration
• Work closely with internal departments, landlords, government bodies and external contractors, etc.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, or other related disciplines
• Over 10 years’ experience in leasing of retail industry
• Familiar with current market condition and having good and extensive business network with property developers and property agencies
• Pro-active, strong business sense and analytical mind, excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Solid leasing experience in Southern China is preferred

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Leasing Manager
