Job Description

We are a well established and reputable real estate brokerage and consultancy firm with 130 affliliates all over the world. We have an opening for a seasoned real estate broker to join our International Investment team

The Ideal candidate(s) would possess the following attributes:-

Over 10 years experience in real estate agency business of which at least 5 years should be in managerial position. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the Manager position;
Well versed in sales and purchase of overseas properties and in particular UK real estate. Exposure to other overseas markets such as Japan, Singapore, Thailand, US, Australia and Europe would be a definite advantage;
Local Hong Kong investment agency experience an added advantage;
Fluent in spoken English and preferably good command of either Cantonese or Putonghua. Other foreign languages a definite advantage.
Team player and have excellent inter-personal skills.
Proven ability to execute diligently and effectively instructions from senior management and to take up leadership role.
Licensed broker license with HKEAA an advantage but not essential.
