Your Tasks
-Maintain master record (e.g. customer master, material master) for database support
-Provide general clerical and administrative supports including data entry, filing, record keeping and updating files
-Perform logistics functions in coordinating with warehouse and forwarders; monitoring supplier’s delivery performance & urge for delivery collection to meet monthly sales budget
-Regular Sales & order Report generation
-Ad-hoc assignments from the management

Your Profile
-College or above with experience in handling customer service duties
-Good written and oral communication skill in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
-Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft applications (a must, particularly in excel & access)
-Strong sense of responsibility , work in details and well organized
-Pleasant personality, work as a team player, initiative, and fast learner
-Logistics experience with a clear concept of materials flow (from production to customer) is an advantage
-Experience on China Import  & Export is an advantage
-Hands on experience in SAP or other ERP (or MRP II) platforms preferable
