Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support, such as consolidate sales figure and prepare report by using Excel
• Responsible for administration duties, i.e. inventory control, update product development schedule etc
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• F. 5 or above
• At least 1 year clerical or relevant working experience
• Hands-on experience in using MS Office & Excel is a must
• Detail minded, self-motivate, able to work under pressure and complete task before tight deadline
• Stable working history is desirable
• Immediate availability is highly prefered
