Responsibilities:

• Handle phone-in and email enquiries on our services
• Assist in daily operations and documentation
• Solid experience in handling Customer order processing and resolve issues promptly according to SLA
• Resolve customer’s complaints to customer satisfaction and proactively seek to identify root cause to prevent reoccurrence
• Provide other sales administration support
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, able to work under pressure and working in a fast-pace environment
• Perform ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above
• Strong knowledge in process/system flow
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Familiar with various MS Office applications
• Good communication, well-organized, Self-motivated, independent & customer oriented
• Customer service or help desk experience in call center is an advantage
• Good team player
• Immediate available is preferable 
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
