Requirements

• Degree holder with relevant qualification preferably in Computing Studies or Engineering ;
• 3 years of experience in project coordination in IT fields (solid working experience on project management would be advantage);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Duties

• Monitor project schedule through regular progress meeting/status report;
• Work together with the Project Working Groups to oversee the system development;
• Work together with different users to define the users’ requirements and functional specifications of IT system;
• Draft the tendering documents, IT policies and guidelines.
