Reporting to the COO, cross border team you will be responsible for:

• Own the entire order management process between source & destination including returns management
• Own the communication between customers, sellers & internally throughout the fulfilment process
• Identify process gaps based on data & analysis
• Understand & Implement the regional blue print processes and technology
• Identify areas for improvement in six sigma or lean techniques
• Drive implementation of required changes
• Provide regular KPI reports with data and actions to measure progress against the plan objectives
  
  
  

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

• 4-6 years experience in Process Management
• Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Highly energetic and self-motivated
• Results driven-focus on operations & scale
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
