Job Description
- Resolve customer inquiries via e-mail and other online channels
- Identify customers’ needs accurately and resolve effectively
- Handle multi-inquiries with effective, efficient, and appropriate manners
- To assist the implementation of ad hoc jobs or projects
Job Requirements
- Good written & verbal communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to perform multi-tasks and able to meet deadline(s)
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
