Job Description

• Resolve customer inquiries via e-mail and other online channels
• Identify customers’ needs accurately and resolve effectively
• Handle multi-inquiries with effective, efficient, and appropriate manners
• To assist the implementation of ad hoc jobs or projects
  

Job Requirements

• Good written & verbal communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to perform multi-tasks and able to meet deadline(s)
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Fresh graduate will also be considered

Remuneration is commensurate with qualification and experience. Full fringe benefits will be provided by the company.
